Cancelation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of CA$100.00. All treatment appointments require a credit card on file at the time of booking for no-show protection - no funds are taken from the card at the time of booking. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hrs prior to the appointment time without incurring any penalty. Last-minute rescheduling or cancellations (less than 48 hrs prior), and no-shows will result in a fee of $100 charged to the credit card on file. (emergencies assessed on case-by-case basis).
